The George Washington University, along with its public relations masters students, decided to look into this further.
According to the online SPR program at the university, there are five main ways to track the effectiveness of online PR. These include measuring the engagement of a post on social media (how many likes, shares, etc. it received), measuring how many people viewed a post, and measuring how many people use a brand or product hashtag online.
